Meal Time: Tea
Room 1 – Alfred Thomas Matthews: Refused when offered by staff on duty.
Room 2 – Ernesta Walrond: Roast potatoes , roast chicken, gravy, carrots, brocoli and califlower.
Room 3 – Mohammed Golpaykar-Rad: Roast chicken,roast potatoes,carrots,sprout,caluliflower and yokshire pudding.
Room 4 – Adrian McMullen: prepared Roast potatoes,carrots,spouts,gravy,cauliflower and yokshire pudding.
Room 5 – Patricia Hamilton: choice of chicken,gravy,sprouts,carrotts,cauliflower and yokshire pudding.
Room 6 – Denise Simmonds: Choice of Roast chicken,carrots,sprouts,cauliflower and gravy.
Further Comments:
Denise and Trish chose not to eat roast potatoes and Alfred thought it was too hot and chose not to eat even when given a choice of different kind of food he insisted that he did not want any.
